Black Belt Training

Participants in the Black belt course play an important role within their organisation with regard to spearhead projects and change trajectories. These projects comprise structural improvements requiring you to “think outside the box”. Insight into the organisation must be complimented by concrete data and analyses. Examples of participants are: Project managers, high potentials, internal consultants and (quality) managers.
