Gert Klein has more than 20 years operational experience in the guidance and improvement of industrial production processes. He acquired this experience, among others, with AKZO engineering, Owens Corning and Bonar Plastics, adopting various positions in the fields of Process engineering, Production and maintenance management and Process optimisation.
In this capacity, he acquired considerable experience in training and implementing process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, Total Quality Management and Total Productive Maintenance.
As a senior consultant at R&G Global Consultants, Gert has acquired extensive Six Sigma experience in a variety of sectors, from industrial services up to and including the financial sector.
Joost Balder has very diverse experience in developing and organising courses, training programmes and workshops. Joost gave professional training courses at Philips Medical Systems for some 10 years and has 5 years experience with process improvement projects using the Six Sigma method.
The Six Sigma methodology’s strong emphasis on data and statistics has made Joost even more enthusiastic for mathematics such that he obtained his teaching diploma in mathematics in 2005. Combined with his HTS degree, wide-ranging professional experience and passion for education, this latest achievement lays solid foundations for his company, Care for Quality and its mission to teach companies and organisations to think and work in a quality-focused manner.
